Step 2: Now press 'Clt + F11' continuously until splash screen and blue bar appear.


Step 3: Select 'Restore' option from list and click on 'Confirm'.

Step 4: Allow the utility to reformat and restore the operating system, and click 'Finish' when prompted to restart the computer.

For Windows 7:

Step 1: First ensure that there are no external devices attach with your Dell computer such as external hard drive, printers or camera, and Turn-off your computer.

Step 2: Now press 'F8' key continuously until 'Advanced Boot Options' menu appear.

Step 3: Now select 'Repair Your Computer' option from the list in 'Advanced Boot Options' window, click 'Enter' then click 'Next'.

Step 4: Now click 'Dell Factory Image Restore' and click 'Next'.

Step 5: Select 'Yes, reformat hard drive and restore system software to factory condition' option and click 'Next'.

Step 6: Allow the utility to reformat and restore the operating system, and click 'Finish' when prompted to restart the computer.
